Dal 19 al 22 febbraio 2012 si terrà a LarioFiere di Erba, in provincia di Como, una nuova edizione di RistorExpo. La rassegna 2012 prevede stage, workshop e seminari di approfondimento sulla cucina sudamericana, con focus sul Perù.
RistorExpo, il salone dedicato ai professionisti della ristorazione che negli anni ha saputo guadagnare un posto privilegiato fra gli eventi di settore, oggi vanta oltre 20mila visitatori professionali che cercano spunti utili per rinnovarsi ed anticipare le nuove tendenze del mercato. Sono inoltre presenti 200 aziende che presentano le novità e le tendenze per il fuori casa. RistorExpo è l’occasione giusta per incontrare e confrontarsi con i più grandi maestri della cucina italiana: da Gualtiero Marchesi a Massimo Bottura. Si terranno inoltre workshop per professionisti e stage per le nuove leve di cucina, workshop e seminari di approfondimento. Il tema dell’edizione 2012 è “Il cibo e le parole”
